Maxim Treff, CFA, CFP, MBA - Founder
Maxim began his financial career in corporate investment banking in 2004. After spending 10 years in the corporate world, I recognized an opportunity to bring greater value directly to Canadian families by helping them build, manage, and protect their financial future. Maxim became independent in 2014.
Today, Maxim works as a financial planner, portfolio manager, and educator. Maxim helps clients organize their financial lives, make informed decisions, and stay focused on what matters most to them and their families across generations.
Victoria Berger, Investment Research Analyst
Victoria has spent close to a decade in the financial services industry, steadily advancing her experience and developing a strong foundation in investment research, market analysis, and financial services operations.
As part of our team, Victoria supports the investment process by evaluating opportunities, organizing and interpreting market information, and assisting with portfolio management research. Her thoughtful approach, attention to detail, and analytical mindset help strengthen the quality of insight behind our investment decisions.
Denis Morales Ndong Ondo Efua, Junior Financial Analyst
Denis supports the team through financial research, investment analysis, and detailed market review. His work focuses on analyzing securities, and building financial models. Ensuring the security selections fit the general portfolio and clients IPS.
Denis follows a disciplined, analytical approach to the securities analysis and selection process.
